With just two weeks to go until Christmas, there is a good possibility that <i>The Star<\/i> could stay in the top ten until the holiday it was made for.<\/p>\n<p>Among \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.boxofficemojo.com\/genres\/chart\/?id=christian.htm\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">faith-based<\/a>\u201d films, <i>The Star<\/i> had the ninth- or tenth-best <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/filmchat\/2017\/11\/box-office-star-okay-faith-based-film-poorly-animated-film.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">first<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/filmchat\/2017\/11\/box-office-star-decent-second-weekend-hold.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">second<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/filmchat\/2017\/12\/box-office-coco-stays-top-week-no-new-wide-releases.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">third<\/a> weekends. The film has earned another $29.3 million overseas, for a global total of $129.6 million.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>The Disaster Artist<\/b><\/i> earned $6.4 million and ranked fourth in its second week, thereby raising its domestic cume to $8 million. The film has earned another $1.7 million overseas, for a global total of $9.7 million.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Thor: Ragnarok<\/b><\/i> earned $6.3 million and ranked fifth in its sixth week, thereby raising its domestic cume to $301.2 million. The film has earned another $532 million overseas, for a global total of $833.2 million.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Daddy\u2019s Home 2<\/b><\/i> earned $6 million and ranked sixth in its fifth week, thereby raising its domestic cume to $91.2 million. The film has earned another $51.2 million overseas, for a global total of $142.4 million.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Murder on the Orient Express<\/b><\/i> earned $5.1 million and ranked seventh in its fifth week, thereby raising its domestic cume to $92.7 million. The film has earned another $182 million overseas, for a global total of $274.7 million.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Lady Bird<\/b><\/i> earned $3.5 million and ranked ninth in its sixth week, thereby raising its domestic cume to $22.3 million. It does not appear to have been released overseas yet.<\/p>\n<p>And <i><b>Just Getting Started<\/b><\/i> earned $3.2 million and ranked tenth in its first week.
