The release of Samson<\/a><\/i> is just over two weeks away, and that means it\u2019s time for the studio to start putting out some clips from the film. Check out the first batch below the jump.<\/p>\n

Here are four clips that went online today, courtesy of WingClips<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\u2018Reminded of His Calling\u2019 shows Samson being reminded of the prophecy that he will be God\u2019s hand of vengeance (an allusion to the words of the angel in Judges 13:2-5):<\/p>\n

\u2018The Riddle\u2019 shows Samson challenging the Philistines to solve a riddle, and then it skips ahead to the scene in which the Philistines give their answer (Judges 14:12-14,18a):<\/p>\n

\u2018Seeks a Second Chance\u2019 shows Delilah meeting Samson in prison (the scene itself has no direct biblical parallel, though Samson is sent to prison in Judges 16:21):<\/p>\n

\u2018Finishes Strong\u2019 shows Samson preparing one last act of vengeance (Judges 16:28-30):<\/p>\n
