One of the worst things about one of your favorite television shows ending is that you wish you could get more. \u00a0The end is near, all the signs are pointing towards certain doom, and the writing has been on the wall, in the papers, and on all the message boards for some time. \u00a0And yet, hope springs eternal.<\/p>\n

Today, I give you, the Breaking Bad<\/em> fun, glad tidings of great joy: \u00a0Breaking Bad<\/em>, it turns out, is the gift that keeps on giving.<\/p>\n

$\"\"$ <\/a>First of all, Breaking Bad<\/em>\u2018s co-executive producer Peter Gould tweeted on Thursday<\/a> that the final two episodes of this fine program will be 75 minutes in length each, including commercials. \u00a0That means we all get an additional 30 minutes of\u00a0BB<\/em> goodness. \u00a0That also means that in order to catch it all, you\u2019ll need to adjust your TiVo, DVR, or if you\u2019re still old school, your VCR accordingly if you can\u2019t watch it live. \u00a0Don\u2019t be left in the dust like someone we know\u2026<\/p>\n

Speaking of Breaking Bad<\/em> goodness, or should I say, Goodman<\/em>, AMC\u00a0<\/a>revealed over a week ago<\/a> that plans are in motion for a\u00a0Breaking Bad\u00a0<\/em>spinoff starring none other than Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman. \u00a0The working title is \u201cBetter Call Saul\u201d, and the show will cover the evolution of Goodman\u2019s character as a prequel to the events in\u00a0Breaking Bad<\/em>.<\/p>\n

All I can say is that I am a very happy man. \u00a0Now all that has to happen is for Breaking Bad<\/em> to win the Emmy for Best Drama this weekend, and all will be right with the world. \u00a0Here\u2019s hoping\u2026<\/p>\n
