Hey Everyone,<\/p>\n

We\u2019re back on Geek Goes Rogue and, we\u2019re no longer on the Evangelical Channel here at Patheos. Instead, we\u2019re on the Movie Channel and we think that\u2019s a better fit.<\/p>\n

So, to give you a sense of our new direction, we\u2019re going to keep our \u201ceditorials\u201d on all things geek related. But, we\u2019re also adding some new wrinkles such as reviews, more interviews and Geek news.<\/p>\n

To that End here is our \u00a0first news item.<\/p>\n

DC Comics is hosting \u201cVillains\u201d month<\/a> for all their New 52 titles.<\/p>\n

Ever wonder what would happen in the comic universe if all the Superheros disappeared and the\u00a0villains\u00a0had free reign? Well, no wonder no longer, comic fans. After the \u201cTrinity War Event\u201d found in the Justice League titles, the DC universe will be under the bad guys control.<\/p>\n

Not only that, but each title will have a very cool 3-D cover for each title.<\/p>\n

Geoff Johns, one of DC\u2019s few\u00a0remaining\u00a0legendary writers (and GGR\u2019s favorite) says,<\/p>\n

\u201cFOREVER EVIL is a chance for David and I to work on all the greatest villains in comic books,\u201d Johns said to USA Today. \u201cIt\u2019s literally everybody. I don\u2019t even know if there\u2019s anybody not in it. We\u2019re really exploring what darkness means and the different kinds of darkness that are within these villains.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

GGR can\u2019t wait to see the chaos that results from evil having its day and good being removed the the universe. Should prompt some interesting\u00a0discussions, no?<\/p>\n
