charset=utf-8\"><meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"><\/head><body><p>I continue my custom of offering you a Christmas poem, poetry being \u201ca trap for meditation.\u201d\u00a0 Here is one that I just discovered by the Welsh Anglican cleric Rowland Watkyns (1662):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Upon Christ\u2019s Nativity, or Christmas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From three dark places Christ came forth this day;<\/p>\n<p>From first His Father\u2019s bosom, where He lay,<\/p>\n<p>Concealed till now;
