Greely,\u00a0reproductive engineering will be such that men will donate sperm and women a patch of skin, whereupon babies will be produced to order in artificial wombs. Government health plans will no longer be able to afford caring for sick babies, so \u201cdesigner babies\u201d will become the norm.<\/p>\n<p>Recreational sex will continue, he says, but why? \u00a0Won\u2019t virtual-reality pornography\u00a0finish that off too?<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Greely has a book about all of this coming out from Harvard University Press entitled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/End-Sex-Future-Human-Reproduction\/dp\/0674728963\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1459215199&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=end+of+sex+greely&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=cranach00-20&amp;linkId=1d48c050c7076cc8cab7d9377ded4776\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">The End of Sex and the Future of Reproduction. \u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"premium-content\">\n<p>Prof. Greely\u00a0seems to assume that there will be no more Catholics in 20 years,\u00a0or other Christians who agree with them about\u00a0nature and natural law.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/End-Sex-Future-Human-Reproduction\/dp\/0674728963\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1459215199&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=end+of+sex+greely&amp;linkCode=ll1&amp;tag=cranach00-20&amp;linkId=9eb998655cf9aa6662b6340347d6cf60\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Amazon.com:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Within twenty, maybe forty, years most people in developed countries will stop having sex for the purpose of reproduction.
