However, by the end of CLINTON\u2019s tenure, it was staffed largely with new agents because it was difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"premium-content\">\n<blockquote><p>Clinton\u2019s State Department agents are hardly the first to complain about her bullying.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cShe derives pleasure from lording over other people who cannot do anything about it and who are less powerful than she is,\u201d author Ronald Kessler told Newsmax TV\u2019s J. D.
