GrowMamaGrow would like to wish all its readers a blessed Ramadan. May it be full of good deeds, inspiration and change for the entire community. \u00a0May our children, along with us, taste its sweetness. Happy Ramadan!<\/em><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Here are a couple of ideas to help your children get a good taste of Ramadan and to help create\u00a0lasting memories\u2026<\/em><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ramadan Calendar for Kids<\/h2>\n

Last year I found a calendar idea in a craft book, tweaked it a bit and came up with these simple computer-generated Ramadan calendars.<\/p>\n

Not only are these calendars easy to make with any number of children but the design possibilities are endless. I used black ink but I think colored ink print-outs would be nicer.<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Design a basic calendar and print.<\/li>\n
  2. Mark where each square or circle sticker is to be placed (to make it easier for young children).<\/li>\n
  3. Decorate the top of calendar with stickers\/stamps etc.<\/li>\n
  4. Glue on card stock squares etc. or use stickers for balloons.(Use fine marker or pencil to make balloon strings).<\/li>\n
  5. Add numbers as each day of fasting begins\/ends.\u00a0(I made the sponge stamps- Used scissors to cut out design.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
