Pop star Katy Perry celebrated her 27th birthday today and in honor of her special day she’s asking fans to make a donation to the ASPCA. On a special donation page on the ASPCA website, Katy tells fans, “Thank you to everyone for your donations! These funds will make a lot more kittens (& other animals) happy in this world!”
