If a fetus is just a clump of cells why would there be a need to destroy it? There are numerous clumps of cells in the human body.<\/p>\n

But then, of course, if the clumps of cells aren\u2019t human, meaning they are not protected by the U.S. Constitution, then what are they? Are they elephant cells? Seeds? A precursor to an insect?<\/p>\n

The rationale people use to destroy human life is actually quite irrational. Ben Shapiro, a conservative commentator, explains why a pre-born baby is actually a human being and not a clump of meaningless cells.<\/p>\n

One would think this would be obvious. Unfortunately, it is an explanation that needs repeating, even at its most basic level.<\/p>\n
