^{<\/a>\u201c<\/sup>Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.\u201d<\/p>\n}

The size of our God determines the size of our faith.<\/p>\n

When we read that God is the God of all comfort and embrace this truth, we find shelter for the storms of life. Further, Paul reveals that God\u2019s comforts does more than comfort us\u2013it allows us to comfort others.<\/p>\n

In other words, God transforms us not simply so we may be different, but also so we can make a difference in the lives of others.<\/p>\n

If we accept God\u2019s comfort, this is good, yet only part of God\u2019s desire for us. To fully realize his will for our lives, we must both embrace and communicate Christ-like comfort to those around us, whether across the street or around the world.<\/p>\n
