Christians are not to be people of stress; we are to be people of prayer. Paul knew this. He ended his letter to the Philippian believers with words focused on rejoicing and on intercession. Today, Christ\u2019s followers often forget his goal for us is not exhaustion, but rest. He desires to comfort us, not deplete us.<\/p>\n

If you feel weary today, do not blame it on God. He is there to refresh and restore, to heal and to guide. It begins with our attitude, extends into our prayers, and overflows into our hearts and actions. As believers, we are not to \u201cbe anxious about anything.\u201d Rather, we find solace in the presence of our Savior.<\/p>\n
