Here are 4 LIFE values that shape our work.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Listening<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>None of us have it all figured out. We need to listen to others. Learning never stops.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Interdependence<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The church is called a \u201cbody.\u201d We\u2019re called to <em>inter<\/em>dependence, not independence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Faithfulness<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cWell done good and <em>faithful <\/em>servant.\u201d That\u2019s what we all want to hear.
