Here\u2019s what shocked me: \u00a0there\u2019s virtually nothing on the market. \u00a0In the northwest suburbs of Chicago, very few condos of the sort that we\u2019d try to get them interested in. \u00a0There\u2019s a senior housing development, Luther Village, that we\u2019d like to talk them into \u2014 but there\u2019s nothing on the market there, or rather, everything is under contract. \u00a0(They have an agent that doesn\u2019t list on the MLS, so you have to look on their own website.) \u00a0A ranch house? \u00a0Still slim pickings.<\/p>\n
