Johnson: \u00a018<\/p>\n

Stein: 5<\/p>\n

McMullin: 2<\/p>\n

Does this mean that Clinton would have \u201cwon\u201d the election?<\/p>\n

She still wouldn\u2019t have had 270 electoral votes.<\/p>\n

Would an \u201celectoral college reform\u201d include a final Winner Take All rule for such cases?<\/p>\n
