So this is the sort of question I\u2019d usually pose to my facebook friends, to get opinions outside of just close friends \u2014 but, it\u2019s a question about my parents, and Mom is on facebook. <\/p>\n
My question is this, for those of you who stop by to see what I\u2019m writing, and are old enough to have dealt with the issue: \u00a0what are your experiences with aging parents? \u00a0Have you had that conversation yet, in which you try to convince them that staying in their family home is a really bad idea when Dad keeps falling? \u00a0What about that other conversation, in which you ask him to share information about their finances so that, should something happen to him, Mom, who\u2019s never been involved in managing their investments, will be able to do this herself? <\/p>\n
