It\u2019s got to be reckoned with. You can\u2019t just pretend it isn\u2019t there,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>And the Oxford study, known as the Cognition, Religion and Theology Project, strongly implies that religion will not wither away, he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe secularization thesis of the 1960s \u2013 I think that was hopeless,\u201d Trigg concluded.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new Oxford study of humans reveals that religion is connected to human nature.
