\n1. Not all friendships have to be deepened.
\n2. Friendships oughtn\u2019t to be consist mainly of sharing weaknesses and troubles.
\n3. Look beyond opinions to find the person\u2019s point of view.
\n4. Reassess the pleasures of acquaintanceships.
\n5. Take friends as they are.
\n6. Know what you want, need, expect, and are willing to give to others in friendships.
\n7. Never idealize a friend.
