His name is Barack Obama. When he declares, I\u2019ll make a prediction. (Denny Burk, you scared?)<br>\n2. My doctor explained to me years ago that decaffeinated coffee has all the cousins and relatives of caffeine, so <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2006\/HEALTH\/10\/23\/decaf.coffee.reut\/index.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">this report doesn\u2019t surprise me<\/a>. But I have two questions: Why do all those folks in the New England like Dunkin\u2019 Donuts coffee so much? And what is the unique taste in Dunkin Donuts coffee?<br>\n3. I\u2019ve said for years that the difference between Republicans and Democrats is this: What\u2019s good for you is good for the world (Republicans) and what\u2019s good for the world is good enough for you (Democrats). Hard times for such slogans, but Bush will be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/story\/0,2933,223677,00.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">stumping about his success at the economic level<\/a>.<br>\n4. OK, Jim, but <a href=\"http:\/\/godhungry.org\/?p=501\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">when is middle-age<\/a>? 36, 45, 50? I liked this post \u2014 so true.<br>\n5. Congrats to <a href=\"http:\/\/mcknightro.blogspot.com\/2006\/10\/reflections-on-race-day.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Luke and Annika <\/a>for running up at Niagara Falls the other day.<br>\n6. Controversy among the Southern Baptists about tongues; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dennyburk.com\/?p=13\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">tightening the rope at Southwestern<\/a>. I must admit that what comes to mind for me is that different groups struggle with issues on wildly different cycles. I thought this battle was fought in the hey-day of the <a href='https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/library\/pentecostal' target='_blank'>charismatic movement<\/a>. The question: Could Paul teach there? I think of Robt Frost: when I put up a wall, I\u2019d like to know just who I\u2019m walling out.<br>\n7. What do we look forward to the most? <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barna.org\/FlexPage.aspx?Page=BarnaUpdateNarrow&amp;BarnaUpdateID=247\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Barna report<\/a>.
