Check the word books on episcopos\/episkep\u2013<\/span> and you will see the issue quickly become \u201chow much authority is in this office?\u201d and very little attention to the concrete reality of visitation \u2014 which also went on aplenty.<\/p>\nBut, maybe I\u2019ve just not come across such a study and it is there.<\/p>\n
