\nI was tired of walking across the campus (poor me) to purchase a cup, and by the time I got back the coffee\u2019s crema had dissipated anyway \u2026 so I thought, \u201cGive it a try.\u201d I did. I\u2019ve had two students who are baristas drink some \u2014 both said, \u201cWow, really good coffee.\u201d So, I recommend this little AeroPress and would like to hear if others know about this thing.
\n25 bucks for an espresso machine. Pretty good. It works by forcing hot water through the grind, not unlike the famous machines of Naples where (I hear) the expression \u201cpull a shot\u201d was made famous. Anyway, you can \u201cpush a shot\u201d through AeroPress and you get a nice, smooth, shot. I add some hot water, and a little cream, and I\u2019ve got a Cafe Americano.
