Last week at Beliefnet we implemented a small change to our blog
\ncommenting system \u2013 you now have to confirm that you are\u00a0 a real
\nperson, and not a spammer, by typing in a few characters of text upon
\nsubmitting your comments. This change was necessary in order to curtail
\nthe amount of spam that many of our blogs have been receiving in the
\ncomments area. We know that some of you have experienced problems with
\nthe new system. We are quickly making changes to address the issues you
\nhave reported\u2013including extending the period before it times out,
\nbetter messaging about how to post, and instructions for how to
\nretrieve your post if it appears lost. <\/p>\n

We hope those changes help. Let us know if there are other changes you recommend. Thank you for your patience.<\/p>\n
