The coverage of the Copenhagen meeting and the recent debacle over the \u201cclimate gate\u201d e-mails has raised a number of different questions for many people.\u00a0 See here<\/a><\/em><\/strong> for one of the multitude of reports. The questions range from the reality of anthropogenic global warming to the strength and reliability of the evidence for evolution. After all, some ask, if there was conspiracy over the climate data why should we trust scientists on evolution \u2013 could this be conspiracy as well?<\/p>\n

One commenter mentioned struggling with the ability to find good, trustworthy information\u2026<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been thinking about the \u201cconflict\u201d (I\u2019m boycotting quotes for the rest of this post or there would be too many to count) between the Bible and science.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As I look back on the evidence I\u2019ve seen\u2013I concede it has been
\nbiased\u2013 it appears that the arguments fall into stereotypical insults.
\nThe young earth\u2019s are depicted as ignorant and not knowing science. The mainline scientist are characterized as conducting biased studies in support of preconceived notions. That is young earth supporters portray science as having a bias against the Bible.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

I\u2019m not telling anyone anything new. My struggle is to find \u201cfair
\nand balanced\u201d information. (Sorry I don\u2019t want to start a tangent on
\nthe news).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
