\n<\/strong><\/em>. I like the tile of this complete edition of Bonhoeffer\u2019s classic. The original title was \u201cNachfolge\u201d and so the same word is now in the official edition and translation: instead of \u201cThe Cost of Discipleship,\u201d it is just \u201cDiscipleship.\u201d<\/p>\n

So far two topics: costly grace and the call to discipleship. It is stirring to be reading it aloud.<\/div>\n

This book was the topic of lectures Bonhoeffer gave to his underground seminary students, and then it was published \u2014 and was no doubt one of the reasons Hitler\u2019s diabolical cohorts banned Bonhoeffer from further publications.<\/div>\n
