Sports.<\/p>\n<p>Schools identified by Yahoo! as having players who possibly violated NCAA rules include\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/150\/duke-blue-devils\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Duke<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/153\/north-carolina-tar-heels\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">North Carolina<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/251\/texas-longhorns\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Texas<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/96\/kentucky-wildcats\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Kentucky<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/127\/michigan-state-spartans\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Michigan State<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/30\/usc-trojans\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Southern California<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/2305\/kansas-jayhawks\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Kansas<\/a>. At least 25 players are linked to impermissible benefits, including Michigan State\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/player\/_\/id\/4066383\/miles-bridges\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Miles Bridges<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/team\/_\/id\/333\/alabama-crimson-tide\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Alabama<\/a>\u2018s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/player\/_\/id\/4277811\/collin-sexton\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Collin Sexton<\/a>\u00a0and Duke\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/player\/_\/id\/4277847\/wendell-carter-jr\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Wendell Carter<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sports.yahoo.com\/exclusive-federal-documents-detail-sweeping-potential-ncaa-violations-involving-high-profile-players-schools-103338484.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">documents obtained by Yahoo!<\/a>\u00a0detail the work of former NBA agent Andy Miller and his agency, ASM Sports. Yahoo! reports that the documents show cash advances and entertainment and travel expenses paid for college prospects and their families.<\/p>\n<p>ESPN previously reported that\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/story\/_\/id\/22476693\/roy-williams-confident-north-carolina-tar-heels-not-part-fbi-probe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" class=\" decorated-link\">as many as three dozen Division I programs<\/a>, including many of the sport\u2019s traditional powers, might be facing NCAA sanctions once the FBI releases information it acquired during its investigation. A source familiar with the investigation \u2014 which includes more than 4,000 conversations intercepted through wiretaps and financial records, emails and other records seized from Miller\u2019s office \u2014 had told ESPN\u2019s Mark Schlabach that many of the sport\u2019s top coaches and players might be implicated, calling Miller\u2019s records \u201cthe NCAA\u2019s worst nightmare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Friday\u2019s report from Yahoo! begins to name the teams and players allegedly involved. \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese allegations, if true, point to systematic failures that must be fixed and fixed now if we want college sports in America,\u201d NCAA president Mark Emmert said in a statement Friday. \u201cSimply put, people who engage in this kind of behavior have no place in college sports.
