We haven\u2019t seen our premiums or options for next year yet, but wondering if any of you have \u2026 and what do you foresee? From CNN.com<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Employees\u2019 share of premiums for a family plan is up an average 14%, to $3,997, vs. just a 3% rise in the total bill, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s not just premiums that are spiraling higher. You\u2019re also likely to be hit with higher deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums as well as bigger bills for doctor\u2019s visits and drugs.<\/p>\n

\u201cIncreasingly, employees have to be thoughtful about not just the cost of the plan, but the cost of the services they use,\u201d says Michael Thompson, a principal with Pricewaterhouse-Coopers\u2019 human resources practice.<\/p>\n
