Now,\u00a0Breitbart\u2019s Big Journalism<\/em> has an exclusive story\u00a0that Logan is back in the hospital in Washington, D.C., reportedly for complications\u00a0from the brutal sexual assault <\/a>she suffered while covering the Tahrir Square uprising in Cairo in early 2011.<\/p>\n

Ed Butowsky, a friend of Logan and her family, told Breitbart\u2019s<\/em> Matthew Boyle:<\/p>\n

Very few people know how stoic and incredibly tough this lady is. In spite of everything she\u2019s had to face in the last two years, people have no idea the physical suffering she has been enduring due to the brutal sexual assault she encountered in Egypt during the Arab Spring while reporting for \u201960 Minutes.\u2019<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In an email, a \u201c60 Minutes\u201d spokesman told Breitbart<\/em>:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were sorry to hear this morning that Lara was readmitted to the hospital,\u201d the\u00a0<\/span>60 Minutes<\/em>\u00a0spokesman added in an email. \u201cWe wish her a speedy recovery.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

About a month ago, according a FoxNews.com report<\/a>, Logan was hospitalized for internal bleeding due to the digestive ailment diverticulitis.<\/p>\n
