\"\"During the Christmas season,<\/strong> it\u2019s so easy to be drawn into the shopping frenzy.\u00a0 It\u2019s easy to become consumed with the search for \u201cjust the right gift\u201d or to spend more than you can afford, in order to prove\u2026 what?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last year in \u201cSeasons Greedy<\/a>\u201d,<\/strong> I reflected on the rampant consumerism which drives us to spend and shop, rather than simply baking cookies and playing board games with the people we love.<\/p>\n

This year, my issue is Time<\/strong>\u2014finding time to spend with family and friends, time to pray, time to reflect on the great mystery of the Incarnation that we celebrate this month.<\/p>\n

This is a cute little reflection on the high price of materialism.<\/p>\n
