<\/p>

Accommodation is a way of handling the \u201cproblem\u201d of theological language. Since God is the infinite Creator and we are creatures, He can speak to us only by \u201caccommodating\u201d His language to our capacities. This sometimes goes so far as to suggest that God has given us \u201cdivine misinformation\u201d in revelation, things that are not, strictly, true, but true enough for us. <\/p>\n

A far better way to handle this is to say that God is multi-lingual. He can speak to angels, stars, and trees. He can also speak to humans. There is no need for Him to \u201caccommodate\u201d Himself. He speaks our language. And why not? He invented it. <\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
