He compares Clarke\u2019s book to a comic book, with Clinton playing SuperPresident and the Bush administration as the enemy of the people.  The most amusing note in the article is this footnote, where Muravchik qualifies his claim that  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/0743260244\/libraria\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">  <i> Against All Enemies <\/i>  <\/a>  is a comic book: \u201cOne way in which  <i> Against All Enemies  <\/i> differs from a comic book is in its utter lack of humor, except of the inadvertent kind.
