REEPICHEEP\u2026 you know, that insane killing machine from Narnia\u2026<\/h3>\n

It will be interesting to see if Walden Media is able to bring C.S. Lewis\u2019s Prince Caspian<\/em> without botching it the way they did The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe<\/em>. I\u2019m not going to jump to any conclusions. But I *am* nervous.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong, I\u2019m a big fan of Eddie Izzard, the standup comedian who will be the voice of Reepicheep in Prince Caspian<\/em>. And we have to take this description of Reepicheep with several grains of salt, as it\u2019s from a fellow who\u2019s *always* in the middle of a comedy performance. But still\u2026 does this sound like C.S. Lewis\u2019s Reepicheep to you<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Reepicheep\u2019s the mouse in Prince Caspian <\/em>and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader<\/em>, and Prince Caspian<\/em>\u2018s about to come out so I am doing the voice of this mouse. So the mouse is actually I think like a cross between Mad Max and someone else kinda psychotic, I said this to the director, I said I think he\u2019s got this kind of a Mad Max thing, he\u2019s kind of this insane mouse who\u2019s just\u2026 he\u2019s all for honour, and he\u2019s very, very chivalrous, but he is a very dangerous mouse who comes in like a train, murdering everyone left, right and centre so, so that\u2019s kinda like me, like an action transvestite, and he\u2019s just an action mouse, so some sort of crossover there\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What\u2019s so amazing about Katherine Heigl\u2019s reading habits?<\/h3>\n

This will probably be the only time I ever mention Katherine Heigl<\/strong> and Philip Yancey<\/strong> in the same sentence\u2026 but look who\u2019s reading my favorite Yancey book<\/a>!<\/p>\n

(I guess you could say I\u2019m a Heigl fan. I\u2019ve liked her since long before Knocked Up<\/strong><\/em>, going back to TV\u2019s \u201cRoswell<\/strong>.\u201d I found myself standing next to her in baggage claim in an airport last year and almost introduced her to my wife Anne, who really is from Roswell, but Heigl looked a little bit travel-weary, so I left her alone.)
