Daily Plastic<\/strong><\/a> is already humming, and it\u2019s quickly becoming one of the first sites I check every morning. Davis and Parks are two of my favorite film reviewers. The combination of the two of them make this the most dynamic duo in the film review world since Siskel and Ebert<\/strong>; in fact, they\u2019re better writers. More importantly, I find myself agreeing with them more than I ever did Siskel and Ebert.<\/p>\n

Check out Davis\u2019s excellent, revealing observations<\/a> about the connections between WALL-E<\/strong><\/em> and Charlie Chaplin\u2019s Modern Times<\/em><\/strong>. Or Parks\u2019 thoughtful assessment<\/a> of Vicky Cristina Barcelona<\/em>.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m really quite fond of their inventive Movie Grid<\/a>.<\/p>\n
