I saw your post about the Arts & Faith Top 100 list on Twitter<\/a>. Thanks for reminding me about that. A few years ago I made a goal to watch all of the films on AFI\u2019s Top 100 list(s). I\u2019ve nearly accomplished that, but now I think I want to make the Arts & Faith list<\/strong><\/a> my new goal. It\u2019ll be much more daunting, but ultimately much more fulfilling.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve only seen 20 of the Arts & Faith films, but I\u2019ve probably gotten more out of those 20 films than I have with most of AFI\u2019s. I realize the two lists aren\u2019t mutually exclusive, but I want to start pursuing, to paraphrase Paul, more of what is true, lovely, and admirable.<\/p>\n
