I started to realize something\u2014this is the difference between a bridge builder and a dime-a-dozen culture warrior who blindly fights because they are told to:<\/p>\n

Bridge builders want to end<\/strong> the culture war<\/em> in peaceful and productive ways through eternal principles that draw us to God, and to each other.<\/p>\n

Dime-a-dozen culture warriors want to win<\/strong> the culture war<\/em> by turning to external, socially constructed tools for validation and legitimization within mainstream circles [mainstream secular and<\/em> mainstream religious].<\/p>\n
