Well, the good news is that \u2014 finally \u2014 the left can stop with its pretentious, condescending attitude that they have the \u201cscience market\u201d cornered. \u00a0Here\u2019s the latest anti-science move on behalf of leftists.<\/p>\n

In Pavan v. Smith<\/em>, the case was about 2\u00a0lesbian couples who had children through artificial insemination. Arkansas\u00a0law already demanded\u00a0that non-biological parents who were spouses be listed on the birth certificate, but that wasn\u2019t enough for the lesbians who wanted the general birth certificate applied to them. According to\u00a0The Daily Wire<\/a>, <\/em>the lesbians\u00a0\u201cwanted to overthrow the basic purpose of birth certificates in non-artificial insemination cases: listing the biological parents of a child.\u201d<\/p>\n

Arkansas, a state that liberals have long mocked as anti-science, knuckle dragging hillbillies, ruled that heterosexual spouses were normally\u00a0the biological parents of children.\u00a0According to The Daily Wire<\/a>, <\/em>however Arkansas\u2019s dedication to scientific principles have now been pushed aside by radical leftists.<\/p>\n

On Monday, the Supreme Court declared that birth certificates were no longer designed to list the biological parents of children, and ordered that states must now grant same-sex couples the ability to place their names on birth certificates. This, of course, defeats the purpose of having a birth certificate \u2014\u00a0why not just have a certificate of legal parentage? \u2014\u00a0but according to the Court, everyone must be made to feel<\/em> like a biological parent, even where there\u2019s no biological connection to the child.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Of course, this is not in the best interest of the child, since people need to know \u2014 for health reasons \u2014 who is actually their biological parent. \u00a0But children are never the main focus of liberals\u2019 radical motives.<\/p>\n
