This has nothing to do with health. It is a transparent act of class warfare and theft from the poor and the middle class by the rich. The incredible thing is watching the people who are going to suffer from it cheer for it because it is more important to them that those poorer and browner than they be punished than that they themselves prosper. Sin makes you stupid, but envy makes you dumber than anything else.<\/p>\n
Quite the contrary. The rich envy every penny the poor have and have carefully taught white middle class to enviously blame their troubles on the poor. \u201cThey want your job! They want your daughter! They are parasites. They are lazy! Get your own back from them! Everything they have is stolen from you. Resent it! Envy it. Get it back from them!\u201d And while that mantra is repeated, things like the health care bill are used by the 1% to pick our pockets clean. Because the 1% envy every penny. In my experience, the poor are remarkably generous and open-handed. It is the envious who are wealthier than they who are progressively stingier.<\/p>\n
