To their credit, some GOP leaders are trying to get Moore to step down<\/a>, but every indication is that the same base that think our Confessed Sex Predator in Chief is awesome may well power him on to victory since they *love* this stuff just so long as it \u201cmakes liberals cry\u201d.\u00a0 The reliably repulsive Steve Bannon is denouncing the GOP for wanting Moore gone but, in the funhouse freakshow that is the Party of Trump our self-confessed Sex Predator-in-Chief is saying he thinks Moore will \u201cdo the right thing\u201d and step down if the charges are verified<\/a>.\u00a0 You know, like he did when 16 women he brands as liars one and all confirmed that he is indeed a sex predator.<\/p>\n

As is always the case, it is conservative Christians\u2013that ones who faked dudgeon about Bill Clinton\u2013who are the most passionate defenders of this guy as of Trump.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut nothing has been proven in a court of law!\u201d say the people who shrieked \u201cLock Her Up!\u201d and who are\u00a0full of fake concern over Harvey Weinstein\u2019s and Kevin Spacey\u2019s victims and those of any other culture war enemy and who somehow figured out that Bill Clinton\u2019s witnesses were credible despite the lack of a jury trial.\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 Voters aren\u2019t a jury.\u00a0 They are voters and they are allowed to credit the testimony of obviously credible independent witnesses\u2013including Roy Moore\u2019s victims.\u00a0 Especially when his supporters offer defense as disgusting as the one\u2019s above.<\/p>\n
