A reader asks:<\/p>\n
A girl I know and her husband, J and J, had a very tragic end to their pregnancy. They had a miscarriage early last year and then got pregnant again this year and last week she went in to have her cervix stitched so she wouldn\u2019t deliver early. Two days later she started having problems and it turned out her water had broken and she went into septic shock. They got her stabilized and had to deliver the baby. Unfortunately, the baby, J S, died 2 hours later. I don\u2019t know if J and J are Catholic, but I think they would appreciate the prayers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Father, hear our prayer for the repose of the soul of this child and for peace, healing and consolation for her grieving parents. Mother Mary, receive this baby into your arms and be her mother. We ask this through Christ our Lord, amen.<\/p>\n
