The military, however, is largely unshielded from such dictatorial control because the Prez is commander in chief. So when he makes stupid policies our troops have to salute smartly and charge up the hill. And if those stupid policies place the troops in the position of having to do something immoral, or have their legs blown off, or have their benefits cut so that rich elites might not be inconvenienced, or be denied spiritual consolations because lefties dislike the Christian tradition, too bad for our troops: they are the experimental rats and our elites are the experimenters.<\/p>\n

Only, our troops aren\u2019t alone. They still have us. So when Walter Reed Hospital becomes a testing ground for the latest experiment in enforced secularism and draconian denial of free speech rights, we the people have the ability to protest and demand the soldiers again have access to Bibles if they want them.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
