A reader writes:<\/p>\n
My great aunt is a Sister of Charity. She is about 88 years old and her health has rapidly declined in recent months, to the point that she is in hospice care and has very little or no awareness of her surroundings or who she is. She has few relatives nearby, and even if she did she probably would not recognize them. I pray that she be given peace in what are probably her final months and that she be granted the grace of a happy death after her nearly 70 years of faithful service to the Lord\u2013and that those who love and worked with her may be brought peace as well.<\/p>\n
Second, an update on the job interviews I mentioned a couple weeks ago\u2013I am now waiting to hear back on about 5. I had one employer tell me they were excited and wanted to bring me on but just didn\u2019t have the resources they thought they were going to have. I am waiting to hear on the rest. There is one I am really hoping for, and I really believe it is about 50-50 at the moment as to whether I get it. I ask for prayers that this opportunity, or one of these others, work out, as there really isn\u2019t a lot else even on the horizon. I ask for grace and discernment to find God\u2019s will in all of this.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
