\u2026is that the day will soon be here when the parents, doctors and media who describe this poor kid <\/a>as \u201csuffering from\u201d something called \u201cGender Identity Disorder\u201d will be hectored for calling is a \u201cdisorder\u201d and instructed that he is not suffering from anything. He is, rather, gloriously gifted and we must all cheer loudly. Indeed, the decision to indulge rather than treat this pathetic little kid is already the mark of how brain-dead our post-Christian civilization is about this.<\/p>\n

And he\u2019s by no means alone in having brain-dead parents and caregivers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One wonders how far one can go with indulging sick people who \u201cfeel certain they were born with the wrong body\u201d. If one feels certain one should have been born in the body of a tiger are they ineligible for trial if they kill and eat the neighbor kid? What if somebody feels they should have been born in the body of a vampire bat or lamprey eel? If somebody feels they should have been born in the body of a dog can they poop in your yard with impunity and expect a pass from society? This curious dementia which simultaneously appeals to nature (\u201cBorn this way\u201d, as the Poet Gaga instructs us) and yet appeals to the Triumph of the Will over nature with ridiculous appeals to \u201cfeeling certain\u201d that one has the wrong body is something only our credulous and foolish age of the Therapeutic could possibly credit.<\/p>\n

Forget the Middle Ages as the Age of Faith and our own as the Age of Reason. The Middle Ages were the Age of Faith and Reason. Ours is the Age of Will, Suggestion, and Bottomless Credulity.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
