A reader writes:<\/p>\n
I am also writing to ask you and your readers for a prayer request. More specifically, I have three requests \u2014 outlined below and ranked in order of urgency \u2014 that require prayers: <\/p>\n
(1) The son of my brother\u2019s future supervisor has gone missing. Please pray that no harm may come of him, that God may protect him, and that he may return safely home.<\/p>\n
(2) My mother is suffering from a lung disease caused by mycobacterium abscessus. Little is scientifically known about this contaminant and there are no known cures. In the past the mycobacterium contaminant has caused her to cough up blood on several occasions. Furthermore, the experience of coughing up blood has resulted in her having post traumatic stress. I please ask that you pray for the health, the grace to overcome her post-traumatic stress, and one day a cure.<\/p>\n
(3) Finally, I would also like to ask for an additional prayer. I am single male in my 30s, and I believe that my vocation is marriage. Please pray that God may send me someone, so that we may live, and hopefully one day raise a family, in full communion with the church\u2019s teachings.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
