It features two pieces you might find particularly interesting: first, an excerpt of a new translation<\/a> of Leon Bloy\u2019s novel The Woman Who Was Poor<\/em>, which is the novel that led to the conversion of Jaques Maritain, and, by God\u2019s grace, kept him and his wife Raissa from committing suicide. The second is a fascinating interview<\/a> with the translator that includes some fascinating details about Bloy\u2019s life.<\/p>\n
