A reader writes:<\/p>\n
Would you mind offering a prayer for me and my wife?<\/p>\n
I\u2019m very bad at handling stress (my own fault).\u00a0 Opposed to being patient and understanding with change and other people I typically act out in an un-Christian manner.\u00a0 All of this finally came to breaking point on February 13th<\/sup> when I had my first night of being unable to sleep.\u00a0 And that problem has continued to this day.\u00a0 I think it was first triggered by anxiety; but now I\u2019m struggling with anxiety, insomnia, and depression.\u00a0 I know I brought this upon myself and I\u2019m doing my best to change my ways.\u00a0 But my struggles with this have now been affecting my loving wife.\u00a0 She\u2019s been an amazing gift from God and now she\u2019s been having problems with anxiety too, do to my issues.<\/p>\n
Please pray that I can learn from the lesson that God is trying to teach me.\u00a0 Please pray that my wife\u2019s anxiety and my anxiety, insomnia, and depression will lift.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Father, hear our prayer that your son will be able to return to a healthy sleep pattern,\u00a0and that he and his wife will be delivered from anxiety and depression and restored to your peace and love through Jesus Christ.\u00a0 Mother Mary, St. Dymphna\u00a0and St.\u00a0Joseph, pray for them.\u00a0Amen.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m taking meds for it but even those meds don\u2019t help too much with the sleeping.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
