We are diving into Orthodoxy this month, if you\u2019d be kind enough to spread the word\u2026<\/p>\n

Greetings, Bay Area Chestertonians!<\/p>\n

We will meet up on the first Wednesday of the month, May 1st, at 7:00 PM at Country Gourmet<\/a> in Sunnyvale.\u00a0 This month we will begin reading the Chesterton classic Orthodoxy<\/em>.\u00a0 The book is widely available in book stores and libraries, and can be obtained at no cost in many formats online like PDF, Kindle, etc.\u00a0 We will be reading Orthodoxy<\/em> over a period of several months\u2014 the plan is to discuss the book from the beginning through the end of chapter 3<\/span> at this upcoming meeting.<\/p>\n

New members are always welcome, with no need to call or RSVP in advance.\u00a0 Reading the selection ahead of time, and bringing a copy of the text with you are helpful, but not required.<\/p>\n

Attendees are asked to contribute $1 in monthly dues, which are being saved to eventually bring in a speaker.\u00a0 If you\u2019ve never eaten at Country Gourmet before, be aware that you place your order up at the front counter, and the staff will bring your food to your table.\u00a0 So please step up and order upon arrival, then join us at the table.<\/p>\n
