Father, hear his prayer and enliven in him the gifts of the Holy Spirit given in Confirmation that he could attend to the voice of Jesus and not to merely earthly voices, nor to the voices of spirits of confusion. Mother Mary, seat of Wisdom, pray for him. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!<\/p>\n

This has been making some headlines but there\u2019s been a tragic death in the sailing community here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Andrew Simpson died when the America\u2019s Cup sailboat he was training on capsized\/broke apart. A prayer for God\u2019s mercy and a speedy entry into heaven for his soul and comfort for his family and friends who are grief stricken would be greatly appreciated.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
