A reader writes about Baby Hugh, for whom you guys have been praying:<\/p>\n
Baby Hugh went home with his parents yesterday. He\u2019s nursing, albeit slowly, but the new drug he\u2019s on seems to be suppressing the seizures for which no definite cause can so far be assigned, but many other conditions have been ruled out by the medical team. Things are much more hopeful than two weeks ago and Hugh\u2019s parents and grandparents continue to be grateful for the prayers being offered on their behalf.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Thanks be to God through our Lord Jesus Christ!<\/p>\n

The head of our parish\u2019s RCIA team recently had her cancer return (she has had breast cancer and needed a masectomy). This time it has spread to her esophagus and now she cannot eat solid food. They are hoping that her chemo treatment works out well enough that she becomes a candidate for surgery. Please pray for her recovery.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
