Sci-Fi Catholic puts his finger on one of the maddest notions of our sex-obsessed culture: the idea that twisting all of reality to fit our obsession is sane, but trying to break out of the suffocating cell of obsession in to the wide and broad fields of reality is crazy.<\/p>\n

One of the reasons I so admire and enjoy Eve Tushnet <\/a>is that she has such a lively sense of the bigness of reality. She\u2019s too interested in everything to demand that it be All About Her. She\u2019s one of my heroes.<\/p>\n
