For the non-Seattleite, Ballard is our Scandahoovian section of town. To us Seattleites, this is epic humor. Perhaps now you can understand my I am tin-horn dictator with delusions of godhood bent on world domination.<\/p>\n

One absolutely sure and certain shibboleth for determining whether or not a person of my age is lying when they say they were born and raised in western Washington is to ask them to sing the theme to the Stan Boreson show.
