Stoic atheism is all good and fun when the sun is shining and you are feeling your oats and the insolence of youth. But really internalizing this stuff leads directly to the nihlistic despair that poor man is facing<\/a>. Keep him in your prayers that he could shed his pride and finally ask, \u201cWhat if there is hope in God after all?\u201d<\/p>\n

Christ died for that man. Let us never forget that all the hosts of heaven desire nothing more than his happiness. Father, grant that he find it and discover your love and hope. You\u2019ve given that gift to other atheists, grant it be given to him. Mother Mary, Mother of the Unborn, pray for him to be born again in hope through our Lord Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n
